At the Analysis/ Knowledge Utilization Level of Reasoning:

At the Comprehension/ Analysis Level of reasoning:

(2) Partially Proficient: With minimal help, student completes each level check, post-test and/or application.
(1) Not Enough Evidence: With help, student shows a partial understanding of some of the simpler details and processes.
(0) No Evidence: Even with help, no understanding or skill demonstrated.
